Decorated with care, it comprises two independent bedrooms, a large bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a very spacious bathroom and a room dedicated to a 2-seater sauna. Wifi, bed linen and towels included. Opposite Parc Saint Pierre, 300 m from Calais-Ville station and the Calais Belfry. Beach and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Located opposite the entrance to the magnificent Parc Saint-Pierre, 3 minutes' walk from the station, bakery, Alhambra cinema, Town Hall, Tourist Office, bicycle station, shops and restaurants. A very quiet, central neighbourhood with plenty of residential parking. You'll find plenty of shops in the neighbourhood (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bar-tobac, banks, pharmacy, etc.).
Located close to the town's activities and in front of the Parc Saint-Pierre, you'll appreciate the central location of the property. You'll be just a few minutes from the magnificent Calais beach and its entertainment (Le Dragon, seaside activities, Skate Park...).
Getting around:
4 minutes from Place d'Armes and 8 minutes from the beach by bike. The beach is 2 km away. The marina is 1.5 km away. Place d'Armes 1 km away.
A variety of transport options are available close to the property:
