This fabulous four-bedroom family villa surrounded by the countryside of S’horta just on the outskirts of Cala dor really is the perfect choice for a family holiday, with its excellent private location yet just a short drive from all the wonderful amenities Cala dor has to offer.
The owners take great pride in this traditional family home recently renovated by their children.
Outdoor living is the key here, we're sure you’ll struggle to tear yourselves away from the fantastic ten-metre pool with a separate whirlpool section, surrounded by a fabulous lawn - really great for the little ones to play.
The barbecue area which looks over the pool is a great choice for a spot of al fresco dining.
As you walk into the house you are led into the large living/dining room which leads out onto the terrace and pool area.
The large traditional kitchen with an island is a great area for prepping all your favourite food for that perfect barbecue. All the rooms in the house are very spacious including the bedrooms.On the ground floor you’ll find a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms.
Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The master bedroom has a double bed with integrated bathroom,bath and shower.
It also has access to a terrace with panoramic views of the country and the coast. Please note that this villa features a raised pool, please do not sit, lean or walk across the raised poolside, children should be supervised at all times. This property contains wide gaps in the external ladder effect railings.
Please ensure children remain supervised at all times. *For environmental and energy savings, this villa has time air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.

The people before us had left the villa in a mess. We had to wash all the crockery and cutlery as it was all dirty and sticky. The cleaners did the best they could but I am sure they where not expecting to have to wash all the pans up. The air-conditioning control was missing from one of the bedroom...

I'm a bit disappointed and would have expected something different for the price. The dishes were dirty. There was no toilet seat in the main room. In the room on the ground floor the air conditioning didn't work. It was impossible to sleep in this room. None of this was resolved despite a phone call to you.

Fabulous Villa, infinity pool amazing, a car is essential. We would make the following observations, The road to the Villa is dark and unlit and almost single track, we drove past the Villa when we arrived as the sign is so small and unlit we missed it.
