This delightful detached villa is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the lovely sandy beach in Punta Prima along with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises of four bedrooms, all with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, a shower room, separate lounge, dining room and kitchen.
Outside there is a spacious covered terrace leading to the sun terrace and large private pool.
Patio furniture, sun loungers and a brick built BBQ are available to relax, soak up Menorca’s sun and enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining at its best. **Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

I'm sorry but apart from the location of the villa there is nothing that we particularly loved about this villa. We have stayed here on three other occasions and now find that the villa is looking tired and requires attention. We have used Solmar on several other occasions and feel the standard of this villa is now not up to Solmars usual standards.

The villa location was fantastic a few hundred yards from beach and shops needs updating bedding and towels not changed in 9 nights maintenance and cleasiness bad we were disturbed 5 days with people coming to sort out things gone wrong
