With 3 well appointed bedrooms and space for up to 6 guests, this charming villa offers everything you need for a relaxing Menorcan escape.
Spread across two levels, the villa is thoughtfully designed for easy holiday living. All three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each featuring air conditioning to ensure cool, restful nights. Upstairs, the first floor opens into a bright, welcoming living space, complete with a cosy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy indoors or al fresco.
Outside, Villa Sol de Flandes truly impresses with its large, spacious terrace and lush garden area. Spend your days lounging by the private swimming pool, soaking up the sunshine on the comfortable sun loungers, or firing up the brick‑built BBQ for a relaxed evening meal. **Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.
During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably especially in the evening and overnight. Heaters can be added to your booking in the extras page where available.
This property contains large gaps in the external spiral metal staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.

Very lovely villa in an excellent location.Restaurants and shop within a few minutes walk. The grounds and villa are kept in a very good condition and all the rooms a very nice size. We have always stayed in Binibeca and visited Punta Prima,so we thought we would make the change and we are thoroughly glad we did.

Very comfortable and well equipped villa inside. Convenient location for beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely sea view. Furniture desperately needs updating eg: chest of draws in bedroom very stiff to open and close. Cushions for outdoor lounge set would've been nice as extremely uncomfortable to use without. More shade on the balcony would also be of use.
