The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume. It has a surface area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and you can enjoy grounds of around 2,750 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 60 m² air-conditioned living room with sofas, TV, etc.
- A dining room
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 (air-conditioned): one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2 (air-conditioned): one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bedroom 4 (air-conditioned): one bunk bed (sleeps two)
- One bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the hosts provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, pizza oven, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 10m x 5m, open from May 1 to September 30 (dates not contractual) and secured by a fence.
- A 2,750 m² plot, fully enclosed, with a pétanque court, basketball hoop, and soccer goal.
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace with barbecue, pizza oven, and furniture to enjoy sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Several hiking activities in the Sainte Baume and Sainte Victoire mountains.
- Nans-les-Pins golf course 7 minutes away by car.
- Typical Provençal markets, lavender fields, visits to vineyards.
- Relaxing on the beach or water sports: jet skiing, diving, sailing.
- Hiking, swimming, and activities in the Verdon Gorge: canoeing, rafting, horseback riding, paragliding, etc.
- Basilica of Saint Maximin: the largest Gothic building in Provence, containing the remains of Saint Mary Magdalene, making it the third holiest tomb in Christendom.
- Tree climbing, spa treatments and cures, animal parks, etc.
- Aix en Provence (25 minutes) and Marseille (45 minutes)
- Mediterranean Sea from 45 minutes, Lake Sainte-Croix 50 minutes.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Aix en Provence station, located approximately 35 miles away.
- Nearest airport: Marseille Marignane airport, located approximately 42 miles away.
Other comments:
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic).
- Pets are not allowed.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The accommodation is equipped with a security system (one camera facing the entrance, a second on the terrace facing the bay windows). The system is turned off during guests' stays.

Ma Case en Provence "Super week op een prachtige plek.
🙂 Het zwembad vonden we echt super! Lekker groot, nieuw, mooi terras er om heen. De privacy is ook super. Mooie grote eigen tuin.
🙁 Het huis zelf is wat ouder. En je zit wel wat verder af van de meer toeristische plekken."

Ma Case en Provence "Notre séjour à Saint Maximin La Sainte Baume était excellent. La cuisine est bien équipée, les lits sont confortables et les espaces communs sont spacieux.
