Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 45 m² air-conditioned flat in Perpignan which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining table
- A kitchen, with a raised counter, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds joined to form a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A 7m² balcony, facing south-east, equipped with 4 chairs, parasol and a deckchair to enjoy the fine weather.
Communal areas :
- A swimming pool (private, unheated), located opposite the flat, accessible with a pass, open from June to September. Opening dates non-contractual. The swimming pool is currently closed.
- A tennis court at the back of the residence grounds.
The flat is ideally located in Perpignan, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, within an enclosed park. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.
Activities :
Located around thirty kilometres from the Spanish border, Perpignan is classified as a Town of Art and History thanks to its past as the former mainland capital of the Kingdom of Majorca. Once through the imposing fortified gateway, stroll along the narrow streets and discover the treasures of the old town, such as the Cathedral of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the Place de la Loge, the Loge de la mer, the fortress palace of the kings of Majorca... stroll through the heart of the Square Bir Hakeim or along the majestic Promenade des Platanes. Come and discover this quintessential Catalan town by staying in this accommodation.
- Nearby : Canet en Roussillon beach, 1 hour 30 minutes from the ski slopes, 20 minutes from Collioure, Argelès and Leucate....
