Der Monte di Luna markiert den Anfang eines der faszinierendsten Küstenabschnitte des Cilento, des Meeresnaturparks Infreschi, der sich mit seiner beeindruckenden Steilküste bis zur gleichnamigen Bucht erstreckt.

ZWEI TERRASSEN UND MEERBLICK PUR
Entsprechend panoramareich ist die Lage des sehr gepflegten Ferienhauses der Familie Lamanna. Von der überdachten Terrasse vor dem Haus reicht der Blick bis weit hinaus auf das Meer und auf den ältesten Ortsteil Marina di Camerotas, der sich auf einer markanten Landzunge erstreckt.
Die zweite Terrasse der Villa Solento erstreckt sich neben dem Haus. Oliven- und Obstbäume, leuchtender Bougainville, Zwergpalmen und liebevoll bepflanzte Terrakottavasen laden hier ein zu Entspannung und Dolce Vita inmitten der Natur und am kristallklaren Meer Süditaliens.

BEHAGLICHE ATMOSPHÄRE FÜR 4 PERSONEN
Die Villa Solento wird über eine kleine Diele mit Garderobe betreten. Das Herzstück der Villa ist der vollständig dem Meer zugewandte Wohn-/Essbereich. Von beiden Bereichen hat man einen Zugang zur überdachten, möblierten Meerblickterrasse, die sich über die gesamte Hausbreite erstreckt.
Dem gemütlichen Wohnbereich mit Sofa und SAT-TV schließt sich im hinteren Teil des Raumes ein Essbereich mit einer Essgruppe für 4 und einer Vitrine mit Gläsern und Geschirr für alle Gelegenheiten an. Über den Essbereich gelangt man in die Küche.
Im hinteren Teil der Villa Solento befinden sich die zwei Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett; 2 Einzelbetten) sowie das Bad. Ein Gäste-WC ist im Eingangsbereich des Hauses zu finden.
Das Ferienhaus ist mit Gasheizung ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine in einem separaten Anbau kann auf Anfrage genutzt werden.
Die Villa Solento verfügt über WLAN, welches allerdings witterungsbedingten Störungen unterliegen kann. Es eignet sich daher nicht für Home Office.

Hinweis: Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine Dependance, die während Ihres Aufenthaltes jedoch unvermietet bleibt. Ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, seitlich versetzt und unterhalb der Villa Solento, liegt sichtgeschützt ein zweites Ferienhaus. Dieses besitzt eine separate Zufahrt. Ein Zaun grenzt beide Ferienhäuser voneinander ab.

PIZZAOFEN, AUSSENDUSCHE UND CARPORT
Für allerlei Ausstattung und Komfort ist auch im Außenbereich des Hauses gesorgt. Neben einer Außendusche stehen auf der Terrasse seitlich der Villa ein Pizzaofen, ein Außengrill, Sonnenliegen sowie ein weiterer, mit einem Pavillon überdachter Essbereich zur Verfügung. Auch von hier blicken Sie teilweise auf das Meer.
Ein PKW kann auf dem umzäunten Grundstück im Carport oder direkt vor dem Haus im Freien geparkt werden.

BADEN, AUSGEHEN UND EINKAUFEN IN MARINA DI CAMEROTA
Am Fuß des Monte di Luna erstreckt sich der Lentiscelle-Strand, der ab Juni teilweise bewirtschaftet wird und zu Fuß nach ca. 900 m erreichbar ist. Einen Besuch und eine kurze Wanderung wert ist der Pozzallo-Strand mit dem gleichnamigen Strandbistrot der Familie Marchese.
Die Strandbucht ist Teil des Meeresnaturparks und über einen himmlischen Panoramawanderweg ab dem Monte di Luna sehr gut erreichbar. Hier legen auch die Boote der Kooperativen Cilento Mare und Cilento Blu an, mit denen man weiter bis zur Baia Infreschi oder zurück nach Marina di Camerota fahren kann.

Einkäufe erledigt man in den ganzjährig geöffneten Supermärkten in Marina di Camerota. Hierfür empfiehlt sich ein Auto, da die Supermärkte ca. 1,2 bis 2 km von der Villa Solento entfernt liegen. Alle zwei Wochen (außer im August), jeweils am Freitagvormittag, findet im Hafenbereich der Wochenmarkt statt.

Besonders in den Sommermonaten laden unzählige Restaurants im Ortskern von Marina di Camerota zum Schlemmen ein. Mögen Sie die ursprüngliche Fischküche des Cilento, so besuchen Sie Peppe Troccoli in seinem Lokal Ammore e Mare in den Gassen der Marina.
Soll die Fischküche etwas ausgefallener sein, halten Sie am Lungomare die Augen offen nach Davide Meas Taverna del Mozzo, die i.d.R. auch zum Mittagessen und bis weit in die Nebensaison geöffnet ist. Dies gilt ebenso für das familiengeführte Ristorante Brera in der Via Alfonso.

Monte di Luna marks the starting point of one of the Cilento’s most fascinating coastal sections, of marine nature park Infreschi, which with its impressive steep coast stretches up to the bay of the same name.

TWO TERRACES & GREAT SEA VIEW
It therefore comes as no surprise that the location of family Lamanna’s very well-tended holiday home is rich in panorama. From the roofed terrace in front of the house, your gaze roams far out to sea and to the oldest part of Marina di Camerota, which lies on a striking headland.
On the second terrace of Villa Solento, which lies to the side of the house, olive and fruit trees, radiating bougainvillea, dwarf fan palms and lovingly planted terracotta vases invite you to relax and enjoy la dolce vita amid the nature and near the crystal clear sea of southern Italy.

COZY ATMOSPHERE FOR UP TO 4 PERSONS
You enter Villa Solento into a small hallway with coat rack and access of a guest bath. The heart of the villa is the living-dining room facing the sea. Both the cozy living area with sofa and SAT-TV and the dining area with dining furniture for 4 and a glass cabinet with various glasses and dishes open onto the roofed and furnished sea view terrace, which runs the width of the house.
The kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, drip coffee machine, toaster) is accessible from the dining area.
The two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) and the bathroom (shower/WC/bidet; hair dryer) are found in the back part of Villa Solento.

The holiday home is furnished with gas heating (extra charge for use), the fireplace in the living area is a decorative element only; a children’s bed and highchair can be provided upon request. The washing machine in a separate annex can be used upon request.
Villa Solento features WiFi, which however may be subject to disturbances caused by weather conditions. It is therefore not suitable for telework.

Note: The dependance on the ground floor of the house remains unoccupied during your stay. There is a second holiday home on the premises, located below Villa Solento and set off to the side, which is however screened from view and has a private driveway. A fence separates the respective areas of the two holiday homes.

PIZZA OVEN, OUTDOOR SHOWER & CARPORT – Comfort is provided for also in the outdoor area, where you find an outdoor shower, a pizza oven and a grill, sun loungers and a roofed dining area on the terrace to the side of the house at your disposal. From there, you can catch a glimpse of the sea, too.
One car can be parked on the fenced premises, either under the carport or right in front of the house.

SWIMMING, GOING OUT & SHOPPING AT MARINA DI CAMEROTA
Lentiscelle beach, as of June partly with service, is located at the foot of Monte di Luna and at a walking distance of 900 m from Villa Solento.
Worth stopping by and a short hike to get there – Pozzallo beach with family Marchese’s beach bistro of the same name. The beach bay is part of the marine nature park and easily reached from Monte di Luna by following a heavenly panorama hiking trail. As the boats of cooperatives Cilento Mare and Cilento Blu call at the bay, too, you can continue on to Baia Infreschi or return to Marina di Camerota on one of them.

Shopping is done at the supermarkets at Marina di Camerota, which are open year-round. As they are ca. 1.2 to 2 km from Villa Solento, having a car at your disposal is strongly recommended. Every two weeks (not in August) on Friday morning, a weekly market takes place in the harbor area.

Especially during the summer months, a large number of restaurants in the center of Marina di Camerota invite you to wine and dine. Should you prefer the Cilento’s traditional fish cuisine, stop at Peppe Troccoli’s Ammore e Mare in the alleys of Marina. Should you prefer fish cuisine which is a bit 'fancier', look for Davide Mea’s Taverna del Mozzo at the lungomare, which is, in general, also open at noontime and far into low season. This also goes for family-run Ristorante Brera in Via Alfonso.
