This charming house with a sea view is available to rent in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer. Located 400 m from the beach, it has a surface area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 60 m² garden.
End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the rental price.
All you have to do is put down your luggage! The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with sofa bed (double bed), TV, Wifi - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: on the first floor with a double bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: on the second floor with a single bed. Access is via a steep staircase, not recommended for children under 10 (under the roof, rather cramped). - A bathroom with shower - Two separate WCs For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and cot. Outside: - A small 60 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. The house is ideally located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, right in the centre of town, 400m from the beach.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc. Public transport : - You can park directly in the house's private car park - Nearest train station: St Malo, about 20 km away - Nearest airport: Rennes, approx. 80 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - July and August: There is a market every Monday from 07:00 to 15:00. We therefore advise you to park your car in a parallel street on Sunday evening if you plan to travel on Monday morning.
The summer market is right in front of the house. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. - You can choose to arrive on your own when you make your reservation.

Wir waren dort zu zweit als älteres Ehepaar im August/September 2025. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll, blitzsauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Quentin von der Agentur ist ebenfalls ein prima Einweiser und Helfer. Die Lage f...

La Fleur du Moulin We had a great stay in Saint-Briac in this beautiful little house. Modern appliances and everything was tidy. Comfortable bedding. Very nice welcoming. Would like to stay at this place again.
