Cozy apartment of 60 sqm with two balconies, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator (5 steps to access).
A few minutes walk away are Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, the famous mural "Tuttomondo" by Keith Haring and Corso Italia. The area is well connected by local public transport, Pisa Central Station is a 4-minute walk and basic services are within easy walking distance. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning via split (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), a fan, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Baby cot on request depending on the availability. PLEASE NOTE: a small step at the entrance of the building and 5 steps to reach the elevator. A step to access the shower. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our Guests! To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (4% of the reservation). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa). If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 14:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro. The apartment is located in a area full of services and well served by public transport.
Pisa Central Station, hub of all the main public transport lines to reach the most important points of interest in the city, is only 4 minutes away on foot.
The famous mural "Tuttomondo" by Keith Haring, created in 1989 on the outer wall of the rectory of the church of Sant'Antonio Abate, is a few steps from the property.
