Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 160 m² air-conditioned house with mountain views for rent in Belgodère, less than a kilometer from Lozari beach and 7 kilometers from L'Ile Rousse.
It has a private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises an attractive 65 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms with roller shutters, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 850 m².
Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises : Ground floor : - Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200) that can be twinned to make a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. - Bedrooms 2 and 3: one queen-size bed (160x200) in each room - Bedroom 4: king-size bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and separate WC - A dressing room - Shower room - Separate WC First floor: - A 65 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including an American fridge, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, clothes rails, cot, booster seat, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A private swimming pool heated by a heat pump, measuring 8x3 m, with outdoor shower, open from April to October.
It is protected by a cover with bars. - A beautiful 850 m² enclosed garden, not shared with others - A ground-floor terrace around the pool and a first-floor terrace of 114 m².
Outdoor furniture available (deckchairs, garden furniture, tables, chairs) - Petanque court with 4 games available The house is ideally located in Belgodère, less than 10 minutes' walk from Lozari beach, in a very pleasant environment, in a residential area.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
Activities : - 4x4, mountain bike and off-road tours - Cruises - Water sports, boat trips - Horse riding - History museums - Walks, hikes and visits to the villages of Balagne...
Transport : - You can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park, which can accommodate 2 vehicles. - Nearest airport: Calvi airport approx. 31.5 km away (approx. 38 minutes by car); Bastia airport 65 km away (approx. 1 hour by car).
Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Villa Lurenzu "🙂 Villa très agréable à vivre ou le temps s'arrête avec une magnifique vue sur le maquis corse et les couchers de Soleil.
Tout est fait pour le confort .
La qualité, la mise a disposition des équipements et l'hygiène sont irréprochables.
Sans compter des hôtes sur place et par téléphone extrêmement disponible."

Villa Lurenzu Freundliches und unkompliziertes Check-In/ Check-Out; tolles Haus mit guter Ausstattung, gute Lage, alles vorhanden was man braucht; sehr windig während unserem Aufenthalts, aber Pool windgeschützt. Schöner sauberer Strand, mehrere tolle Strände in der Umgebung, Viertel noch am Entstehen; unsere Familie hatte eine tolle Zeit, würden wieder kommen.

🙂 Das Haus ist wunderschön, es fehlte nichts. Es ist in der Nähe des Meeres. Man erreicht Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss. Der Pool ist sauber und schön."
