This detached family villa can accommodate up to 18 people. The house has a spacious living room with underfloor heating, separate dining and lounge area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, pad coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Furthermore, the ground floor features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one bathroom has a bath. All bedrooms have single boxspring beds. The house has a sauna, 3 toilets and garden furniture. You can use the free Wi-Fi. There is parking space for 2 cars at the villa. Other cars can be parked in a parking located nearby. The descriptions, images, specifications, and floor plans of the accommodation are subject to change. In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request. If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking. Additional costs apply per pet. The surcharge per pet is shown when entering your booking details. It is no longer possible to add a pet after completing the booking, as the number of pet-friendly accommodations is limited for each accommodation category. No matter the weather, indoors and outdoors, there is always something going on here. It therefore comes as no surprise that so many guests, short and tall, young and old, feel at home here. Are you enjoying your family holiday, or celebrating your grandfather's 70th birthday? Our family homes come in many variations, even with their own jetty and rowing boat. Simple but complete and therefore affordable. Who doesn't like that? Roompot house rules - The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older. - Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused. - The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another. - If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot. Swimming pool maintenance
The swimming pool will be closed from 23 to 27 November due to maintenance work. Facilities open on a limited basis
From the 9th to the 11th July 2027, the Bospop festival will take place in Weert. Many of our guests will be attending this event, which means that our opening hours will differ from the usual times. Our facilities will be open until 5.00 pm on Saturday 10 July and Sunday 11 July. There will be no entertainment programme throughout the weekend.

het huis was goed geluidstil van de buitenkant, wij waren met vrienden en in de avond als je buiten stond had niemand overlast. zwembad was leuk en mooi schoon. we waren uit eten geweest bij de pizzaria op het park en één jongen kon niet terug lopen vanwege pijn van het afronden van mariniersopleidi...
helaas deed de sauna het niet in ons huisje (524) dat was jammer en dat er geen mogelijkheid is om drinken te bestellen in het zwembad zelf.
