This new, detached villa is suitable for eight people.

Downstairs, you will find the living room, which features a smart TV, and the kitchen, which is equipped with a combination microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and more.

There is one bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one of which features an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

The bedrooms are furnished with two single beds.

The third bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Furthermore, the villa has two separate toilets.

Outside, you will find the garden and furnished patio.

The villa is located on the water (with opportunities for fishing), has its own jetty and comes with the use of a sloop from March to October.

The villa has two parking spaces and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

On the edge of Weerribben-Wieden National Park, you will find Waterstaete Ossenzijl: a wonderful holiday destination where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The detached villas are located by the water and have beautiful views of the nature reserve.

In the morning, you can start the day with fresh bread rolls and then throw out your fishing line, head out on your bike or go out on the water.

From March to October, you will have your own sloop at your holiday villa.

Roompot house rules

• The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park.
  
  A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed.
  
  As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking.
  
  Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
• The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
• If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.

 
At this holiday park, setting off fireworks of any kind is prohibited on New Year’s Eve.

However, the park does not carry out active checks, so we cannot guarantee a completely quiet and firework-free night.

It is also possible that fireworks may be set off in the surrounding area.
