This new, detached villa is suitable for six people. Downstairs, you will find the living room, which features a smart TV, and the kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and more. There are three bedrooms upstairs, each furnished with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, as well as two separate toilets. Outside is a garden with terrace, garden furniture and boat house. The villa is located on the water (with opportunities for fishing), has its own jetty and comes with the use of a sloop from March to October. The villa has two parking spaces and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The descriptions, images, specifications, and floor plans of the accommodation are subject to change. In some accommodations, a maximum of two pets per accommodation are allowed on request. If you would like to bring your pet, you must indicate this directly when booking. Additional costs apply per pet. The surcharge per pet is shown when entering your booking details. It is no longer possible to add a pet after completing the booking, as the number of pet-friendly accommodations is limited for each accommodation category.
On a journey of discovery in Weerribben-Wieden National Park
On the edge of Weerribben-Wieden National Park, you will find Waterstaete Ossenzijl: a wonderful holiday destination where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The detached villas are located by the water and have beautiful views of the nature reserve. In the morning, you can start the day with fresh bread rolls and then throw out your fishing line, head out on your bike or go out on the water. From March to October, you will have your own sloop at your holiday villa. Discover the natural beauty of the national park or explore the nearby Frisian lakes.
Roompot house rules
- The main booker must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Only bookings for recreational vacations are allowed at this park. A stay longer than 3 weeks will be seen under temporary housing and is not allowed. As well as the extension or subsequent repetition of a booking. Bookings and travel groups that do not comply with this may be refused.
- The interior and exterior may vary from one accommodation to another.
- If upon arrival it appears that the travel party is not a family, we may charge an additional group deposit of 50,- per person on the spot.
When you book a stay between March and the end of October, the boat will be ready for you upon arrival at the park.

Ruimte in het huis en ligging. Super leuk om met de boot de prachtige omgeving te verkennen!
Jammer dat er bij aankomst het beddengoed niet aanwezig was. Is wel opgelost. Het voelt echt nog meer welkom als de bedden zijn opgemaakt.
Schoonmaak kan wel beter.
