About this space - Modern cottage - Coastal Area - Private Garden - Large Stylish kitchen with spacious living areas - Free on street parking - 0.5 miles to Tynemouth Beach My cottage forms part of a large semi detached house situated in the heart of the beautiful North East coastline.
It has been thoroughly furnished with style comfort and functionality in mind.
I'm very proud of my home and have enjoyed renovating the property to create a welcoming place for visitors to enjoy.
The space This one bedroom property will sleep 2 guests (one double bedroom) It is located 1 mile form Tynemouth village and 1.5 miles from Whitley Bay Town centre.
There are great public transport and road connections to both.
Tynemouth beach is within walking distance of the property with stunning views and unique restaurants and bars to enjoy.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll.
These should last a couple of days.
If more is needed, there is a Sainsbury's local a few minutes walk away.
The Space The entire property is located on the ground floor.
A private front door provides access to the property via a central hallway.
On your right you will find a functional, bright and clean bathroom leading to the double bedroom.
Wardrobe and storage space is available for guests upon arrival.
After returning to the hallway walk straight and on your right hand side you will find a stunning kitchen with all essential amenities and eye-catching high ceilings creating a wow factor moment.
This open plan space also offers a living area with a TV and access to the private garden at the rear of the property.
Parking Parking is free in the area.
There is one single shared drive shared between two properties.
However, the road is quiet and there is plenty of free on street parking available.
Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property.
The property's private garden has a clear partition between neighbors making it a welcoming space for guests to sit out during the evening and enjoy the last remaining sunshine.
Other things to note - This property is not baby-friendly and does not have a travel cot or high chair.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after **pm and check-out time is before **am.
A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
WHO IS PASS THE KEYS The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
Additional rules - Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am. - Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down. - Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture - When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the door and windows - When leaving the property please use the thermostat to turn the heating down to 10 or off to help reduce our carbon footprint - If you like gardening, it’s always appreciated if you wish to deadhead the roses, or to get the hosepipe out, which is situated in the cottage pathway but remember to turn the tap off tightly to avoid a flood. - Please don’t use the bathroom douche pipes to avoid a flood.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog).
Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
