Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 41 m² flat in Concarneau, 300 metres from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), with a shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m².
The accommodation comprises
- A 24 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV
- An alcove with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
Outside area :
- A 5m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
Communal areas:
- A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from 1 June to 20 September (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security. Free access
- A 20,000m² garden with children's playgrounds, public park, sports fields, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.

- Thalasso Spa on site, bookable and chargeable with preferential rates.
- Seaside activities: swimming, windsurfing, surfing, sailing (school on the beach), sea outings (Les Glénans), fishing, etc.
- Public park adjoining the residence with children's play area (structures) and sports fields.

- Bénodet and its small port, Belon and its flat oysters; Fouesnant, home port of great sailors

Les Thermes 511 nous recommandons ce logement très propre et calme , soleil du matin très agréable pour profiter du balcon ,à deux pas de la plage ,piscine extérieure accessible et chauffée à 30°. Il manque juste un saladier et une essoreuse à salade pour que ce soit parfait.Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet appartement

Portes de la salle de bain et des toilettes ne se ferment pas. Portes en piteuses etat. Concierge joignable et aimable mais n a pas solutionné notre problème. Piscine et balcon agréable.
