The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house in Porticcio, featuring a private swimming pool and exceptional views of the sea, the Gulf of Ajaccio and the mountains; situated just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
With a floor area of 200 m² and two self-contained apartments, it can accommodate up to 15 guests.
The house comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 1,600 m². Bed linen and towels are included.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A fully fitted kitchen - Bedroom 1: bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180×200), with a terrace and a cot - Bedroom 2: bedroom with two single beds and a single sofa bed - A bathroom with shower and toilet On the first floor: - A 55 m² living area with TV, sofa… - A dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: air fryer, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedrooms 3 to 5: bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A balcony/terrace with furniture and panoramic views - A bathroom with a bath - A shower room - A separate toilet The flat: - A living room with an open-plan kitchen - Bedrooms 6 and 7: bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200) - A bathroom with a toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, 2 washing machines, 2 travel cots, 1 children’s bed, a pushchair, booster seats, a car seat, a children’s bath. Outdoors: - A beautiful 1,600 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A private 4m x 14m swimming pool, heated, lit, with sea views and a roller shutter. - A boules court - A table tennis table - A children’s play area: trampoline, slide, small outdoor playhouse. The house is ideally situated in Porticcio, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Transport: - You can park directly in the house’s private car park (3 cars) or on the street. - Nearest railway station: Ajaccio railway station, 14.4 km away (around 39 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte Airport, 11.5 km away (about 15 minutes by car) Other details: - Bed linen and towels included - Wi-Fi included - Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living area - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation; please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.

L'Orangeraie La casa è grande e luminosa, con una bella terrazza sulla baia di Ajaccio. Eravamo un gruppo di dieci amici e siamo stati molto bene, c’è un supermercato a due passi ed è comoda per le spiagge a sud e a nord di Ajaccio.
