The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house in Porticcio, featuring a private swimming pool and exceptional views of the sea, the Gulf of Ajaccio and the mountains; situated just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
With a floor area of 250 m², this large property comprises two separate areas with independent access, both of which are let as a single unit.
It can accommodate up to 12 guests. You’ll be able to enjoy a lovely 55 m² living area, several fully-equipped kitchens, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms or shower rooms, and a garden of approximately 1,600 m². Bed linen and towels are included.

The property is laid out as follows: On the first floor – Main house: - A 55 m² living room with a TV, sofa, fireplace… - A dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: an air fryer, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and fridge… - Bedroom 1: bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) - Bedroom 2: bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) - Bedroom 3: bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) - A bathroom with a bath - A shower room with a shower and toilet - A separate toilet - A balcony/terrace with furniture and panoramic views On the ground floor – Flat No. 2: This self-contained flat is situated on the ground floor of the main house and opens directly onto the children’s play area. - A fully fitted kitchen including a fridge, hob and washing machine - Bedroom 4: a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), sleeping 2 adults and also featuring a cot - A second adjoining room with 2 single beds and a single sofa bed - A shower room with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional equipment: a barbecue, a plancha, a high chair, two washing machines, two travel cots, one children’s bed, a pushchair, booster seats, a car seat and a baby bath. You’ll also find a children’s bath and various other facilities suitable for families with young children. The property has free fibre-optic internet access, with wired internet throughout the house, as well as a subscription to the Netflix and Amazon streaming platforms. Outdoors: - A lovely 1,600 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunshine - A private 4 m × 14 m swimming pool, heated, lit, with sea views and fitted with a roller cover - A boules court - A table tennis table - A children’s play area: trampoline, slide, small outdoor playhouse The house is ideally situated in Porticcio, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Shops are about a 5-minute walk from the house and the beach is also just a 5-minute walk away. An electric vehicle charging point is available about 3 minutes’ drive away, in the Carrefour car park. Transport: - You can park directly in the house’s private car park (3 cars) or on the street. - Nearest railway station: Ajaccio railway station, 14.4 km away (about 39 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte Airport, 11.5 km away (approximately 15 minutes by car) Other details: - Bed linen and towels included - Wi-Fi included - Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room - There is a fireplace in the living room - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation; please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

L'Orangeraie La casa è grande e luminosa, con una bella terrazza sulla baia di Ajaccio. Eravamo un gruppo di dieci amici e siamo stati molto bene, c’è un supermercato a due passi ed è comoda per le spiagge a sud e a nord di Ajaccio.
