Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 41 m² flat in Concarneau, 300 metres from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), with a shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 20,000 m². Bed linen and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 19 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV
- A 7m² alcove with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
Outside :
- A 5m² balcony overlooking the garden, sea view and furniture to enjoy the fine weather
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby chair booster seat, cot, washing machine and tumble dryer (charges apply).
Communal areas :
- Heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from 1 June to 20 September (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security. Free access
- A 20,000 m² garden with children's playgrounds, public park, sports fields, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.

- Thalasso Spa on site, bookable and chargeable with preferential rates.
- Seaside activities: swimming, windsurfing, surfing, sailing (school on the beach), sea outings (Les Glénans), fishing, etc.
- Public park adjoining the residence with children's play area (structures) and sports fields.
- Concarneau and its walled town and beaches. Coastal footpaths.
- Bénodet and its small port, Belon and its flat oysters; Fouesnant, home port of great sailors
- Pont-Aven, city of painters and windmills.
- Quimper, with its cathedral, typical streets, Henriot porcelain and Armorlux textiles.
- Breton gastronomy: fish, seafood, local produce, galettes and crêpes, cured meats, etc.
Transport :
- You can park directly in the residence's private car park.
- Nearest train station: Quimper or Rosporden, about 15 minutes by car.

Appartement très bien conçu et bien situé...Il manquait juste un balai que j'ai acheté ! Par contre, il y avait 2 aspirateurs.Dommage que la conciergerie ne soit pas sur place.

Emplacement super, nous avons profité de la thalasso. Nous venions voir la famille, nous avons pris tous nos repas à l’extérieur, donc nuits et petits déjeuners. 👍
