Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 39 m² flat completely renovated recently in Concarneau is 300 meters from the beach (accessible by crossing the street) and has a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m². Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Queen-size bed (160×200), TV
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A terrace of approximately 6 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
Communal areas :
- A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from June 1 to September 20 (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security. Free access
- A 20,000m² garden with children's playgrounds, public park, sports fields, etc.
The apartment is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town center is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 meters from the apartment.

Les Thermes 427 "Gran sitio para descubrir el sur de Bretaña
🙂 Muy limpio, cómodo y cerca de la playa. Piscina climatizada y a 2km del centro del pueblo por la costa.
🙁 No nos informaron del código de entrada del portal para entrar por la noche. No obstante, Elia nos atendió con mucha rapidez y lo solucionó."

Le Cabellou Une location avec un intérieur impeccable, une grande chambre et résidence propre et calme. Dommage que le coin extérieur ne soit pas au même niveau.
