Resting upon the outskirts of Scarborough, North Yorkshire is Rowan House, a contemporary, four-bedroom home.
Set near a hub of amenities, attractions, and the beach, whilst a car journey away from the North York Moors National Park, Rowan House offers a stylish base for a group of eight guests and their furry companions, looking to explore the delights of the county.
Benefit from three designated parking spaces before unloading your belongings and heading indoors to kickstart your break.
Be welcomed by a spacious living area, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining area, and patio doors to reach the rear garden.
Prepare meals to be enjoyed indoors or set the patio table to bask in your lovely surroundings, whilst the wine is poured and conversions flow.
Round off the evening by unwinding in front of the woodburning stove, located in the sitting room, where you can cosy up with the Smart TV on in the backdrop.
As day turns into night, select from four well-appointed bedrooms, including a king-size, a double and two twin bedrooms; all are serviced by a sleek bathroom, providing plenty of space to prepare for your impending itinerary.

Beautiful home. Plenty of room in the living areas for our 5 children to play. Everything spotlessly clean, beds comfortable, plenty of everything we needed. Dishwasher was a boon. Central to the places we wanted to visit.

Very spacious, excellent for 6 adults and 2 kids plus a dog. Everything was new. Comfortable beds brilliant shower over the bath. My only suggestion would be to raise the mirror in bathroom so taller people can shave. But would definitely come again, thank you so much.
