The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area - A 15 m² terrace, with furniture available - A fully-equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, raclette machine, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200) - Shower room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190) - A room with a study area - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside area : - A garden of around 300 m² with furniture to make the most of the fine weather The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc. Transport links : - You can park directly in the house's private car park - Nearest train station: Lamballe (15 km) - Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport (48 km) Other remarks : - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation To access your accommodation, you can choose between : - An independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, generally on your route before arriving in Pléneuf-Val-André. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au port de Dahouêt.La pêche à pieds à Pléneuf-val André est très agréable où l'on peut trouver beaucoup de coquillages.C'est très amusant pour les petits et pour les grands.Quel paysage!!! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette région.

Wat een geweldig verblijf! Ligt op rustige plek net buiten het gebied van de haven en restaurants. Wandeling langs kust is erg mooi. Bij aankomst waren de bedden opgemaakt. Keuken erg compleet, lekkere zitbank en ruime douches. En een wasmachine is ideaal. Voor ons het meest luxe huisje tot nu toe.
