The house Chesa Muntanella is located in the Seglias neighbourhood in Sils-Maria in a quiet yet very central location.
The Volg grocery shop, public transport stops and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. ***

The studio is located on the lower ground floor (from the front door there are a few steps down to the flat entrance) and consists of a very bright, cosy room as a living/bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher), a modern bathroom with WC/shower and a terrace seating area.
The living/sleeping area was freshly renovated in May 2025 with a new 180/200 cm bed and new armchairs.
The dining area is furnished with typical Engadine Swiss stone pine furniture.
* An underground car park is included.
* The flat also offers free WLAN access.
* Non-smoking apartment/pets not allowed
* Bed linen and towels are included
