This splendid, spacious flat can accommodate up to 9 people, with three double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, right in the heart of the city’s historic pedestrianised district.
Air conditioning is provided in the living room and bedrooms. The flat is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a JBL speaker and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, etc. The bathrooms are fitted with either a walk-in shower or a bath, and the toilets are separate. Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels. You can enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains; you’ll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay. The lake is a 2-minute walk away.
Bike hire is available nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way round the lake). The flat is situated on a pedestrianised street.
Parking is available at the Hôtel de Ville car park, 50 metres away (€11 per 24 hours); the car park is underground, secure and subject to a charge. Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 10 pm; you can check in independently using a key box, and instructions will be sent to you by email the day before. If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself. Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation isn’t being taken over that same evening. On the morning of your departure, please remember to put clean crockery back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor, and empty your bins in the storage room under the stairs by the main entrance. 🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. Discover the town centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of “Little Venice of the Alps”. Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake amidst a stunning mountain backdrop, is renowned for the quality of its environment and its high standard of living. Boasting a remarkable location on the lower reaches of the lake, the town has successfully preserved its architectural and historical heritage. Places to visit: + Le Pâquier or Champ de Mars (esplanade overlooking the lake) + The old prisons + The market in the old town on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday mornings + The cycle path around the lake + The castle and its view overlooking the town + The Pont des Amours + The Imperial Palace Casino + The ski resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand): 30 mins How to get to the apartment: + By car: 40 mins from Geneva Airport to Annecy + By train: 15 mins’ walk from the station.
