The 90 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (not suitable for the disabled).


The internal space is organized as follows
LIVING ROOM with relaxation corner, dining area and two single sofa beds;

KITCHEN equipped with gas hob, fridge with freezer, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, moka coffee maker and various kitchen utensils;

BEDROOM 1 with a queen bed and wardrobe;

BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds and wardrobe

BATHROOM with shower, sink and WC.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to note

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Rapallo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 10 nights.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
