The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 39 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining table. - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room with double washbasin - Separate WC First floor: - Bedrooms 1 and 2: one double bed with dressing area - Bedroom 3: two single beds with dressing area Enclosed exterior : - A beautiful garden of around 100 m². - A 13 m² terrace with an electric awning and furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally located in Cers, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : - If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (1 space) with secure gates. - You can also park outside the residence (public car park). - Electric cars can be recharged on request for a supplement of 5 euros per day for access to the socket.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Airport/railway station taxi service: available in Montpellier, Agde, Carcassonne, Perpignan, Toulouse, etc. (For more information, contact the person in charge of accommodation) - Nearest train station: Gare de Béziers (17 min) - Nearest airport: Béziers airport (9 min) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Animals not accepted - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Il a fallu faire le ménage des sanitaires et de la cuisine en arrivant car très sales alors que des frais de ménage de 90 nous ont été prélevés. De plus nous avons été surpris d'avoir affaire avec un propriétaire privé (Airbnb)ce qui n'est pas précisé dans le descriptif.
