We offer, in Barjac, this charming house in full nature with swimming pool, of a surface of 200 m ² and being able to accomodate until 15 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 85 m² (with fireplace), an equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 2 000 m². We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A living room of 85 m² with a double sofa bed, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and American billiards
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A master bedroom: a queen-size bed (160×200), with an adjoining shower room with Italian shower, WC
- A separate toilet
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190), a single bed
- Room 3 : a double bed (140x190)
- Room 4 : 2 bunk beds (4 beds)
- Room 5 : a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC
- A second bathroom with bath and WC
- A laundry room
- A relaxation area
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, not heated) of 8x6m, open from April to September (the opening dates of the pool are not contractual).
- A beautiful garden of 2 000 m², not closed with deckchairs, garden furniture, playground for children
- A terrace of 100m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The house is ideally located in Barjac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Many great tourist sites are nearby: the Aven d'Orgnac, City of prehistory, Grotte Chauvet
Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc, the bamboo grove of Anduze, Nîmes and its monuments, the Pont du Gard, Avignon,
- The sea is about 1h30 away by car
- Provencal markets : Barjac, les Vans, Vallon Pont d'Arc, st Ambroix, Uzès
Transportation:
- You can park directly in the private parking of the house
- Nearest train station : SNCF Avignon, located at 69km (at about 1h18)
- Nearest airport: Avignon Provence, located at 91km (at about 1h20 by car)
Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available
- Bed linen and towels are provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site)
- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided
- Animals accepted free of charge, only one animal is accepted per stay
- All swimming of children is subject to the responsibility of the parents
- Chickens on site, eggs available, no close neighbors
- The opening dates of the swimming pool are not contractual
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
