The property is located in the Spisone area (Taormina), a few steps from the beach, and only 5 minutes (by car or public transport) from the extraordinary Isola Bella and the Taormina - Mazzarò cable car, thanks to which it is possible to easily reach the center of Taormina, with its beauty.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

The apartment is located in Spisone, an area of ​​Taormina characterized by the presence of multiple beaches, just a few steps away from the accommodation. In front of the apartment there is the stop of the Interbus bus line, which allows you to reach the bus terminal in via Luigi Pirandello in a few minutes, from which it is possible to easily reach the airport and other cities such as Catania and Syracuse.

In about 5 minutes by car or public transport it is possible to reach the center of Taormina, with its unmissable jewels, such as Isola Bella, the Ancient Theater and the Cathedral.

In the Mazzarò area there are restaurants and grocery stores.

In the surroundings of the property there are paid street parking (blue lines).


PLEASE NOTE: the entire historic center of Taormina is closed to traffic, so you will have to leave your car in one of the city's car parks.
