The Cocoonr Agency is offering this house in Fécamp, just 200 metres from the beach, with a floor area of approximately 80 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The property, which is accessed via stairs, is laid out as follows: On the first floor: - A 40 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and a dining table - A fitted open-plan kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs… - A shower room - A separate toilet On the second floor: - 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) Outside: - A south-facing terrace with furniture on the first floor The house is ideally situated in Fécamp, in a very pleasant setting in the Bénédictine neighbourhood.
Very close to the beach (200 metres), the harbour (200 metres) and La Bénédictine (200 metres). You’ll be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Transport: - You can park for free in a public car park near the property. - Nearest railway station: Fécamp, less than one kilometre away. - Nearest airport: Le Havre (39 mins by car). Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Grand canapé. Grande télé. Lits confortables et linge de lit très agréable. Jolie déco moderne. Cuisine très complète.
Bruit de la rue car deux chambres donnent au niveau d un feu dans une rue principale.

Schöne große Wohnküche, die Kücheneinrichtung ist neu und schön, großer Kühlschrank, Induktionsherd, kleine Terrasse, 3 Schlafzimmer. in 3 Minuten ist man am Meer/Strand und in 5 Minuten beim Boulanger. Fécamp ist im Gegensatz zu den anderen Küstenorten nicht touristisch überlaufen, sondern erfreulich „normal“.

Appartement très bien agencé, il ne manque rien.Escalier qui monte dans les chambres très bruyant. Impossible de brancher un appareil électrique dans la salle de bain.
