Resting centrally in the charming village of Haworth, West Yorkshire, is Piccadilly View, a fabulous, duplex apartment.
Enjoying an elevated position, over the second and third floors of the building, Piccadilly View rests a stone's throw away from a hub of amenities and attractions, making it a wonderful base for a self-catered stay.
Park up to the rear and make your way through the narrow, cobbled alleyway, before taking the internal stairs up to the second floor.
Start your getaway in the open-plan living space, complete with a sleek and well-equipped kitchen, a lovely bench-style dining table for six, and plush seating with the Smart TV in sight; use this space as your social hub or to people watch across the village.
On this floor you will also locate the first of the bedrooms, a spacious double with a handy en-suite bathroom, providing privacy for guests.
Ascend to the third floor to meet two single beds and a twin with zip/link features, both of which enjoy breath-taking vistas of the Yorkshire countryside.
A third-floor shower room completes the apartment, providing plenty of space to prepare for your coming days.
Once you're ready to explore, head to the neighbouring cafe where you can enjoy your breakfast and access to the garden space, recommended to make use of on sunny days.

The living areas in this duplex apartment consist of a second-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with en-suite, third-floor double, and third-floor twin, serviced by a third-floor shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, (please check with owner about availability of a second space), and shared access to the cafe's garden. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a central West Yorkshire base at Piccadilly View. Note: There are lots of steep stairs in the home, unsuitable for those with limited mobility; children must also be supervised. Note: Dogs must be kept downstairs in a pen. Note: External access is quite uneven, and through a narrow, cobbled alleyway; please be careful. Note: The ceiling is sloped in the twin bedroom.

It was lovely to stay in the centre of Haworth and the apartment was very comfortable. We felt a bit uncomfortable at having to keep the owner waiting as we weren't given a key code. On leaving the property we found the keys were too big for the safe. The welcome pack was good especially as we were only there for a short break.

The cottage is absolutely stunning, it’s in the centre of everything and we couldn’t have a better time there honestly. If you plan going to Haworth, which is wonderful itself, staying in Piccadilly View will only make your vacation more magical. Michael, the host, is very friendly and helpful, and kind.

The property was conveniently located and we even had free parking . The duplex flat was tastefully decorated and furnished and it was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Michael is an excellent host and I would happily stay there again.
