Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom.

The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with a dining area, sofa bed and TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, electric toaster, etc. - A master suite with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room. - One bedroom with 2 single beds. - A bathroom with shower in bath. - Separate WC. Outside: - A large, west-facing terrace of approx. 16 m² with garden furniture. Communal area: - Shared outdoor swimming pool 20x10 m, heated, open from 1 June to 20 September, with child safety (cover and fence), unsupervised.
Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence. - A large 20,000 m² park to enjoy in fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market.
The town centre is accessible via the promenade.
The beach is 300 metres from the flat. Activities : - Thalasso Spa on site, booking required before stay, and chargeable with preferential rates.

Schon vor Ankunft gab es viele gute Hinweise zu Schlüsselübergabe und viele Tips für die Umgebung. Das war sehr hilfreich und nett. Die Wohnung war komfortabel und gut eingerichtet. Alles Wichtige war vorhanden.
