Located in the heart of Sanguinet, a few minutes walk from the lake and city center, this comfortable and spacious apartment provides the perfect holiday get-away.
The accommodation is on the 1st floor of a house dedicated to vacationers.
With a large living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (including oven, microwave, hob, fridge with freezer section, dishwasher and washing machine), giving access to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your meals and relax. There are three bedrooms in total: 2 bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with one double bed and 2 bunk beds.
The apartment also has a private garden where you can relax in peace or enjoy a barbecue.
Private parking is also available on the property. Ideally located just 600m from Lake Sanguinet, 400m from Sanguinet town centre and 12 km from Biscarrosse plage. Booking terms: €700 security deposit Tourist tax based on current rates (in addition to rental fees). Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. Optional services: Rental of bed linen (Double 25€ per bed) (Simple 20€ per bed)) Towels (16€ per kit including 1 large towel, 1 small towel and 1 glove) Baby equipment (20€ per item - high chair - travel cot - bathtub) No pets allowed Non-smoking accommodation Parties and loud noises prohibited

Très spacieux. Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Lumières rouges des plafonniers horrible. Emplacement super à 300 m du lac. Dans l ensemble bonne location.

Extrêmement déçue de la propreté de la maison. Nous avons dû faire le ménage en arrivant (araignées, toiles d'araignées et poussière).... l'horreur pour commencer nos vacances
