In Santa Maria al Bagno there are commercial amenities but also tourist attractions such as the Museo della Memoria e dell`Accoglienza, the ancient Torre Fiume, the Aquarium and the Giardino della Memoria. - Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp. - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - The garden is private and only accessible to the owner.

L abitazione ha come punto forte la posizione con molti servizi a portata di mano e la possibilità di raggiungere sia la scogliera che la spiaggetta di sabbia a pochissima distanza.

Gute Position nähe Läden und Strand. Schöne Terrasse mit super Aussicht. Wohnung gut ausgestattet und alles funktionstüchtig.

Il n'y a que la situation géographique ainsi que la qualité des matelas de cette location qui est positive sinon le reste est totalement négatif.
Peu de vaisselle ( il fallu réclamé verres, bols, presse jus....), loué pour 8 couchages mais que 6 chaises à l'espace repas limité à un balcon, pas de sé...
