Borgo Maresca is a luxury villa with swimming pool and trulli for 12 guests, for holidays in Carovigno, in a magical and poetic property that regenerates your senses.
The villa is divided into two units: a trullo with lamia for 4 guests and an annex in a trullo for 2 guests.
In addition to the beautiful swimming pool with solarium, in the garden of the property there are a furnished gazebo ideal at lunch or dinner, a built-in barbecue, outdoor kitchenette, built-in sofas with cushions.
Moreover, the villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, tv and hair-dryer.
Borgo Maresca accommodates up to 12 guests.
Pets are not allowed. The original trulli with lamie, which are renovated and equipped with many accessories, are furnished in harmony with the context.
The two trulli are adjacent but independent.
There are 5 double bedrooms.
The kitchen is outside but, in the event of bad weather, there are two hobs in the house. The surroundings of Borgo Maresca in Carovigno Borgo Maresca is in Carovigno, in the Itria Valley.
It`s 8 kilometers away from the Adriatic sea and the beaches of Santa Sabina.
It`s also near the Protected Marine Area of Torre Guaceto, a paradise for the nature lovers.
The villa is near other beautiful towns of the Itria Valley, such as Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Locorotondo. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Mandatory towels fee: euro 15 per person per week to pay upon arrival. - Pool available from May to October. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Midweek cleaning fee mandatory euro 100 to be paid upon arrival. - The kitchen is outside. - Just small size pets are allowed. - Mandatory midweek cleaning fees euro 50 every 3 days to be paid upon arrival.

The garden and grounds- Superb! The Trulli were awesome but smell of mold was strong and we could not air properly with no mosquitoes screens on the doors. Maybe needs a fan? We needed more blankets in the rooms got cold at night! The small truli bed was very squeaky. Could have use more information...

Well equiped house, the garden with beautifull trees, plants and lights. The swimmingpool, outside kitchen and fire pit are really nice. The area is nice and quit. Perfect place to discover Puglia

A very nice and well maintained place with a lot of atmosphere embedded in a wonderful nature and possibilities to visit the region!!
Modern look and architecture with many small things to find out and love! Bathrooms are nicely done and create atmosphere as well!
