Cozy apartment of 143 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with lift in the heart of Udine. The location is great! In about 10 minutes walk you can reach Via Mercatovecchio, Piazza della Libertà and the Castle.

The property is equipped with every comfort, including a large terrace from which you can admire the city from above and the availability of a parking space reserved for guests.


The apartment is on two levels connected by a flight of stairs, be careful if traveling with children.

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV (usable ONLY for streaming, as it does not have an antenna), access to the terrace and split A/C;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;


- TERRACE furnished with dining table.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedroom), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi / car (122 km - 1 hour and 20).


- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Udine station, from which it is possible to continue on foot (24 minutes) or by bus (14 minutes) to the apartment.


- From Udine Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the bus lines (1/2/3) with the stop "Via della Vittoria", a 6-minute walk from the property.


- If you are traveling by car, to get to Udine you can take the A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio from Venice or Trieste; from here the roads to get to Udine are the SS13, the SS54 and the SS56.

ATTENTION
The area is limited, by municipal ordinance, to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2 and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm every day, while there are no restrictions for machines from EURO 4 and up.

Possibility of a parking space reserved for guests in the inner courtyard; or you can park for a fee in the street (blue stripes - NOT guaranteed).
