1 kitchen with TV, induction hob 3 rings, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
On the floor:
1 double bedroom in 160cm for 2 people with duvet (new bedding) -
1 room with 2 beds of 1 person with duvets -
Separate WC with washbasin -

Garden on the side of the house, terrace in front.
Gas heating Heating package of 30 €/week from October to May.. Washing machine.
Average condition (maintenance, painting, simple comfort). To be paid in + on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 small dog accepted), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.). Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week). ******Environment**** Close to the centre of Perros-Guirec and shops, near the beaches.

Le bruit de la route.
Le jardin, malgré le manque d'entretien. Il est très joli, on peut manger dehors, petite table et chaises, plus des transats pour la détente et un barbecue à disposition, vraiment super.Bien équipée, maison un peu vieillotte, mais très confortable. La situation proche de la ville.

Agréable et reposant Petite maison typique très agréable pour 4 personnes. Bien équipée. Son emplacement est top, accès à pied pour le centre de Perros-Guirec et ses commerces et la plage de Trestignel.
