Cocoonr offers this charming 28 m² house for rent in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with a shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV and a fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a 3-drawer freezer.
- A bedroom with 1 double sofa bed, 3 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outdoors:
- A lovely 600 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days, and a Weber barbecue
The house is ideally located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station : - Nearest airport : To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr (ad management and reservations service) and Conciergerie 2.0 (concierge / housekeeping service) teams. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of €15/stay

Lieux fidèle à l’annonce, calme , confortable ,propre . Agréable avec le feu de cheminée. Très bien pour notre chien car jardin clôturé. Tout à fait adapté pour une petite famille. Avons pu faire un barbecue avec viandes locales provenant des distributeurs à quelques pas de la maison en direction de la mer. Super séjour.

Maison confortable et agréable, emplacement idéal. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ! À refaire, sans oublier le concierge (David), vraiment très gentil et à l’écoute. Il nous a très bien accueillis. Bonne continuation à toi !

Très belle petite maison de vacances, très bien équipée, très propre et proche de tous commerces et restaurants.
Accueil de Christel très sympathique et agréable, très bon conseil de sa part pour tous les "points d'intérêts" à proximité.
Grand jardin avec mobilier de jardin et bien clôturé pour notre petit chien.
Nous avons passé des vacances agréables et au calme.
Manque d'intimité dans le jardin.
