Guided tour of this luxurious 185m² villa, built in 2022-2023: On the ground floor : - 1 crossing living room, bright and air-conditioned - 1 fully equipped kitchen with central island - 1st air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) equipped with its shower room and a dressing room with terrace access and pool view - 1 separate toilet with washbasin - 1 laundry-cellar equipped with a wine cellar, a freezer and a washing machine Upstairs : - 2nd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) equipped with its shower room and a large dressing room - 3rd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) equipped with its shower room and a large dressing room - 1 comfortable living room with Smart TV (Netflix subscription) - 1 separate WC Outside : - 1 huge veranda equipped with a bioclimatic pergola - 1 swimming pool secured by alarm and heated 6 months of the year - 1 outdoor lounge to enjoy wonderful aperitifs at sunset - 1 dining table - 3 deckchairs/sunbeds - 1 outdoor shower (cold and hot water) - 1 Weber charcoal and wood barbecue - 1 parking space secured by an electric gate + 2-3 spaces in the street, in front of the villa - 1 charging station for electric cars - 1 grassy and tree-lined garden with an automatic drip irrigation system The villa has: - Wi-Fi: permanent access in the accommodation - 1 TV with Netflix subscription - Umbrella bed + baby mattress - Iron, hair dryer (x3), vacuum cleaner, cleaning products - Washing machine - Household linen: bath and pool towels, sheets, tea towels, bath mats, etc.

It has a very pleasant submerged beach for the youngest.
It has a protection system (alarm) however it is not supervised and remains under the full responsibility of the tenant who must ensure supervision, in particular that of children.
Rules: Animals can be accepted, on request.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Hookahs are also prohibited.
