Villa Carmen is a holiday home for 7 guests on holiday in Torre Vado, on the Ionian coast on Salento.
The villa, on a small hill with amazing panoramic view, is in a quiet area less than 1 kilometer away from the seafront promenade.
The villa, which recalls the style of the ancient rural homes of Salento, is equipped with modern accessories such as air conditioning, internet, built-in barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, hair-dryer, tv, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets.
In the garden there are a parking area, stairs that leads to the outdoor equipped areas, outdoor shower, furnished porch with view on the sea, solarium and barbecue.
The holiday home is entirely fenced and with electric gate.

The villa is also close to Santa Maria di Leuca, which is less than 10 kilometers away, known for the shrine Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, the caves on the sea, the beautiful eclectic villas, the lighthouse and the tourist harbor. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
