This cosy caravan is located in a wonderful rural spot in Colchester. The lovely living areas and an excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family getaway or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished caravan retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.

As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. But can be extended to 8

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with En-suite and your own private TV with Netflix etc.
In the next bedroom, there is a 2 single beds

The third bedroom contains a 2 single beds

You will also find a sofa Bed in the living Room, this also sleep-2

There are 2 bathrooms.

The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Bed Linen are all included we ask that you bring your own towel and shower Gel

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed - fees will apply £250 per pet this must be paid separately from your booking please message for payment link.

If you booked your holiday between November 1st and march 1st you will only have access to the property. All facilities are closed during this time. Facilities such as swimming pool entertainment will not be open.

You will still have access to the beach and children’s play park and the many nature walks in and around the surrounding areas. You can also find lots of great restaurants on the island and with some beautiful scenery.

Do be sure to bring your own alcohol or you can visit a restaurant and one of the island. There is also a small tesco express located on West Mersea which is around a 8 minute drive away.
