The 70 sqm three-room apartment with independent heating has a large living room with striking LED lighting and wooden parquet flooring, a very modern kitchen with gas burners, a microwave and an electric oven, american coffee machine with kettle, a three-seater linear sofa and an ultra flat TV. Wi-Fi included from april to september. The property is completed by two equipped bedrooms and a bathroom with a sliding floor shower. The second bedroom overlooks the ancient internal courtyard, the master bedroom faces the lake frontally, connected to the living room by the equipped terrace.

The inner courtyard hosts a storage for motorcycles and bicycles and the old cellar, the garden in season is surrounded by different species of colorful flowers; a large tree is the safest landing place under which to shelter to enjoy the maximum relaxation overlooking the lake.


The car park is in the immediate vicinity, the main facilities are 50 meters away, the path leading to the lakeside is covered in a few steps, in a few minutes you reach Riva di Solto, with the pharmacy, the post office, the bank and several bars and typical restaurants for tasting fish from the lake. In the surroundings it is possible to make walks and numerous trekking, suspended between water, sky and earth.

The apartment is perfect for a stay that combines the desire to experience the lake with the need for maximum relaxation.
