If you'd prefer to dine alfresco and bask in your surroundings a little longer, set the patio table and enjoy mealtimes as the sun sets.

Catch some rest in one of two bedrooms on offer, including a king-size and a twin, both well-appointed and serviced by a sleek bathroom.

Come morning, complete your routine, and enjoy a coffee as your four-legged friend explores the courtyard, before traversing across the Isle for a breath-taking tour.

The Port of Yarmouth serviced by Wightlink car ferries & The Kraken passenger ferry is 8 miles from the property & the nearest port, with Chilten Chine’s sandy beach & The Isle of Wight Pearl just 0.8 miles from the property away.

The world famous Compton Surfers’ Beach run by the National Trust is just 3 miles away.

Just further along you have The UK’s oldest amusement park, Black Gang Chine, 6 miles away.

Bed Linen and Towels inc in rent. Cot & highchair available on request. Enclosed courtyard with furniture – note: Barbecues are not permitted on the site. Sorry – No smoking, this is a non smoking site. Designated parking for 1 car – No long-wheelbase motorhomes, campervans, work vehicles, vans, trailers or caravans permitted. One well behaved small to medium sized dog is welcome - the site houses a working Stable Yard, dogs must be kept on lead & under control when outside the cottage or courtyard, including transfers to and from your vehicle parking location. Sorry – property doesn’t accept any other pets. Plant friendly products provided on arrival - Basic condiments like tea, coffee etc are not provided. The Village grocers, public house, cafe, tea rooms, museum, shop, hairdressers, & church are 0.7 miles from the property One well-behaved dog welcome - no other pets permitted.

Property was well described quiet and peaceful location easy walk to the village centre. Nice welcome pack of cheese and wine. Initial problem was resolved quickly. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and clean as was the whole property. Sofa and chair could do with upgrading.

Excellent property and location, with a good local shop for the basics and fruit and vegetables. Small, but suitable for a couple with 2 children. The listing said smart TV but the TV didn't have WiFi capability so couldn't stream TV apps. The WiFi was flaky, but the owners helped us to work around that problem. Thanks for that
