Beautiful apartment of 40 sqm located on the ground floor (stairs to access), perfect for 4 people.
The accommodation is located in the wonderful Sa Luna Village, boasts of a large garden, communal swimming pool and tennis court, ideal for a relaxing stay with friends!
The property is located a short walk from the Acquadream water park, the famous nightclub Ritual and Phi Beach, one of the most famous clubs of the Costa Smeralda.
Parking space on site!
The accommodation of 40 sqm is located on the ground floor, you still have to make the stairs to access.
The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, split A/C, wardrobe, access to the garden;
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, split A/C, wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, "32 inch" smart TV, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine, access to the garden;
- OUTDOOR KITCHENETTE (TERRACE) with induction hob (4 burners), dining table with chairs, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, barbecue, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
- GARDEN equipped with sun loungers, table and outdoor shower;
- COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine, heating and air conditioning ONLY via split A/ C.

Open from 15 June to 15 September from 9:00 am to 08:00 pm. Please pay attention to the regulation exposed in the pool!
Waste Management (Mandatory)
During their stay, guests must dispose of daily waste, separating it correctly and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated in the schedule.
In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house.
Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of EUR 150.00 being applied to the guest.

The accommodation is located in Porto Cervo, the undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is a coastal hamlet of the Gallura town of Arzachena.

The port is home to the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, a prestigious international sailing club. To make the most of your stay, we recommend travelling by car! Not to be missed is the Stella Maris church, designed by the architect Michele Busiri Vici, overlooking Porto Cervo marina. A few steps from the tourist center shine breathtaking beaches: Cala Granu beach, Grande Pevero beach, behind it lie manicured golf courses.
Separated by a promontory, you will find the small beach of Piccolo Pevero. Offshore you will see the islets of Li Nibani, 'the seagulls'. Two kilometers further south you will find other wonders: the Romazzino and the Principe beach (in honor of the Aga Khan). At the opposite base of the 'emerald' promontory, you will be delighted by the lovely coves, including Cala di Volpe and Liscia Ruja.
Even further south, do not miss the paradise of Cala Capriccioli. Very nice accommodation, everything really clean, we found every utensil we looked for, AC was great, beds comfortable.
Location is a bit far by foot from the good beaches, but with car everything was really accessible. And supermarket was reachable by foot (very near)

We had an absolutely amazing stay, it was so relaxed and perfect for a girls trip. The only thing to note would be that you definitely need a car to get around but that’s Sardinia in general, not this accommodation! The place was super well connected otherwise and just a short walk from a local shop and quiet beach with a cafe too. Will be going back!!

Overall , it was a very pleasant stay at the place. We were hoping that we can access the pool during our stay but due to a technical issue, we were unable to. However, we received a refund for that. So that was a positive give back by the landlord.
