Nice and welcoming apartment equipped with the main comforts to accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is located in a typical room of the area, with suggestive architectural features such as the stone arches which make it particularly cool in summer. The location is enviable: it is located outside the ZTL and in a quiet street, but at the same time only 20 meters from the historic center and a short distance from all points of interest. Corato station is a 15-minute walk away.


The 50 mq apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with an independent entrance from the street (a low step is noted to enter).


The internal space is divided as follows
- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher and traditional oven

- LIVING AREA with dining table, double sofa bed, 52" smart TV and fancoil that acts as both heating and air conditioning

- NIGHT AREA with double bed, coat stand and built-in wardrobe, separated from the living area by a partition wall

- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box.


Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes).


The accommodation has a Verisure alarm system complete with remote control with SOS Anti-robbery. The presence of an external camera with motion sensor is noted.

Corato is a charming town rich in geographical elements and cultural interest, just 10 km from Trani and Bisceglie, 16 km from Castel del Monte and 60 km from Matera. It is located in the Alta Murgia Park, an area of ​​notable historical interest, and boasts the presence of a necropolis dating from between the 7th and 6th centuries. The area is perfect and pleasant for trekking, cycling or horse riding, enjoying the local landscape, unique in its kind. Suggestive are the masserie and the jazzi, stone shelters that bear witness to a past linked to transhumance. Corato is also part of the Via Francigena route and boasts a very varied food and wine offer, thanks to the presence of numerous wine and oil cellars, and local pasta factories.

The accommodation is located in a very central position, a few steps from the historic center and with all the essential services at hand: bars, supermarkets and pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters.


- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train (Andria Sud direction) to the CORATO stop, a 15-minute walk from the accommodation (1 km).


- FROM CORATO STATION: the apartment can be reached in 15 minutes on foot (1km).


- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines 80 meters away on Viale V. Veneto (NOT guaranteed).
