It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an open kitchen equipped, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 800 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 40 m² with flat screen TV, Wifi (optical fiber), sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine...
- Bedroom 1 : two single beds (90).
- Room 2 : a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

- A beautiful enclosed garden of 800 m².
- A terrace of about 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
