Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, single-storey family home for rent in Pessac, set on a landscaped plot of 1,600 m² with a swimming pool, on the edge of woodland, and able to accommodate up to 8 guests.
With 170 m² of living space, it offers a bright and airy setting, perfect for relaxing and making the most of your stay.
It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Bed linen and towels are included.
We’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: - A 50 m² living room with sofas, TV and Wi-Fi (fibre optic) - A dining area where you can gather round a good meal - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, espresso machine… - A bathroom with a bath and vanity unit - Two separate toilets Sleeping areas: - Master suite: a double bed (140×190) with an en-suite shower room, vanity unit - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: one king-size bed (180×200) Outdoors: - A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 3.3×8m. It is secured with a sliding cover that allows the water to be heated between April and October.
Opening dates are subject to change. - A beautiful garden of 1,600 m². The grounds are fenced, with an electric gate. - A 40 m² south-facing terrace to enjoy maximum sunshine, with no overlooking neighbours, and including garden furniture for 8 people. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The house is set back from the main roads, in a quiet residential neighbourhood bordering the Landes forest with its traditional pine plantations. You’ll also find all the essential shops in the immediate vicinity (a butcher’s and a chemist’s 200 metres away, a supermarket 7 minutes’ drive away, and a farm selling local produce 4 km away). It is situated in the town of Pessac, a centre of wine-making tradition with its world-famous châteaux, between Bordeaux (a 30-minute drive from the centre) and the Arcachon Basin (30 minutes from Andernos, 40 minutes from Arcachon and the Dune du Pyla), 20 minutes from Mérignac Airport and 7 minutes from Gazinet-Cestas railway station. Transport: - You can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 4 cars). - Saint-Jean railway station, Bordeaux, is 5 km away. - The tram is 10 km away. - Bordeaux Airport is 13.5 km away. Other information: - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Free Wi-Fi is available. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests.
