Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming house in Saint-Alban, fully renovated, furnished and decorated in 2023 in harmonious colours.
With a surface area of 150 m², it can accommodate up to 8 travellers and has a shared heated swimming pool as well as a spacious 2,000 m² garden.
Bed linen and towels included, everything is ready for your stay! Ground floor: - 40 m² living room with two sofas, TV and WiFi - Dining area with large table for 8 - Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with 3-bin freezer, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle... - Master bedroom: queen-size bed (160×200) and cot available - Shower room with large shower - Separate WC - Washing machine First floor: - Landing with office space for two people - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedrooms 3 and 4: two single beds each - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Outside area : - Shared swimming pool (heated) 4×9 m, 1.50 m deep, open from April to October (dates not contractual). Open in winter on request at extra cost.
The pool is protected by a cover that can be opened and an electric shutter for children's safety.
The pool area is shared with the residents of the second house on the same property.
Parties are not permitted. - Shared garden of 2,000 m², south-west facing - Private 25 m² south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, with garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue. Location : Located in a hamlet between Saint-Alban and Pléneuf-Val-André (3 km from the town centre, 4 km from the beaches), on the Erquy/Cap Fréhel road.
All shops 3 km away, including a supermarket with a drive for your arrival. Activities : - Varied beaches, swimming, sailing school, sand yachting, kitesurfing. - Golf Bluegreen Pléneuf-Val-André 4 km away, Golf des Sables d'Or Fréhel 15 min away. - Equestrian centres: Pléneuf-Val-André (5 min), Fréhel (10 min) - Hiking with spectacular views: Cap d'Erquy (10 km) and Cap Fréhel (20 km) - Château de Bienassis (<1 km): tours, trails and sound and light shows in summer - Leisure activities for all: paintball, laser tag, giant maze - Cruises from Erquy to the islands of Bréhat and Cap Fréhel - Thalassotherapy and casino at Pléneuf-Val-André Events nearby : - Open de Bretagne Golf (end of June) - Route du Rhum (mainly from Cap Fréhel) - Jumping d'Erquy Transport : - Parking for at least 3 vehicles on the site. - Bus to Lamballe from Saint-Alban and Pléneuf-Val-André - Railway station: Lamballe, 17 min by car - Airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard, 44 min by car Practical information : - Hotel-quality bedding, sheets and towels provided Free Wi-Fi - Pets accepted under certain conditions (not allowed in the swimming pool, number and size to be specified when booking). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Terra Lodge Het was een goed verblijf, maar nog enkele werkpunten zoals de vuile borden die er nog waren en de host die een halfuur later was nadat we waren aangekomen.
