Situated in the seaside town of Woolacombe, upon the North Devonshire coastline, is this generously-sized four-bedroom holiday home, Greenbank.

The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with a gas Range and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of three king-size rooms, and a single, along with a shower room and a bathroom. Outside there is a front multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for four cars. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 0.4 miles, and the beach in 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Greenbank is the perfect base for a seascape to Devon. Note: There are steps up to the property. Note: There are steep drops in the garden, please be mindful. Note: No Hen/Stag or similar parties allowed.

Over the years we have stayed at many properties in Woolacombe, Greenbank has to be the best, the photos do not do the property justice, the property was clean, spacious and extremely well appointed and brilliantly situated, the hot tub overlooking the bay was the icing on the cake. Fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at Greenbank! On arrival we were greeted by a generous welcome pack of teas, biscuits, coffee etc, and the property was spotlessly clean. Absolutely loved the views from the front and we were fortunate with a heat wave, so got daily use from the hot tub and decking. Very comf...
