Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 28 m² living room with a sofa bed, TV and free Wi-Fi, plus a dining table - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, induction hobs… - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort: high chair, travel cot, fold-away bath, washing machine, iron and ironing board, Nintendo 64 games console. The flat is ideally situated in Pontrieux, a picturesque village classified as a ‘petite cité de caractère’ (small town of character) and known as the ‘Little Venice of Trégor’, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll be right next to all the essential shops: restaurants, bars, bakery/patisserie, butcher’s/delicatessen, chemist’s, hairdresser’s, market, wine shop, tourist office, supermarket… Activities: - Marina 600 m away. - Boat trips on the Trieux (day and night). - The ‘Vapeur du Trieux’ steamboat and the Pontrieux–Paimpol steam train. - The ‘Passeur du Trieux’ ferry, exploring the river and its estuary (Natura 2000) as far as Loguivy-de-la-Mer. Nearby (<30 km): - Château de la Roche-Jagu.
Beauport Abbey, Lanleff Temple, Plougrescant Chasm - Paimpol (ferry terminal for the island of Bréhat), Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Binic, Plouha, Lézardrieux, Tréguier, Guingamp, Perros-Guirec, etc. - Pink Granite Coast, GR34 walking route, beaches, etc. - Trégomeur Zoo.
