Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 53 m² flat for rent in Athis-Mons, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a balcony.
The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² living room with TV, WiFi, sofa bed (140x190) and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
Outside area :
- A balcony approximately 6 m long and 1 m wide, accessible from the living room and bedroom ideal for enjoying the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Athis-Mons, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, including a supermarket.
Activities :
The RER station near the residence will give you access to the capital's main sites, including the Eiffel Tower. The RER C takes you to the François Mitterrand Library in 20 minutes (connection to line 14, this line serves Bercy, Gare de Lyon, Châtelet and Saint-Lazare), and also serves Saint Michel, Musée d'Orsay, Invalide, Champs de Mars (Eiffel Tower) and Château de Versailles as a terminus.
Public transport :
- Free parking is available close to the residence.
- Nearest station: RER C Athis-Mons, 300 metres away, 5 minutes' walk.
- Nearest airport: ORLY, 10 minutes away by car.
Other notes:
- The accommodation can accommodate up to 2 adult travellers, with the possibility of accommodating a baby, provided that the necessary equipment is brought by the parents.
- Bed linen is included.
- Towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All accommodation is non-smoking.
- No parties or evening entertainment in the flat.

quand tu rentrais à l'appartement très bel appartement rien à dire le seul souci c'est que il n'y avait aucun accès sur le balcon toutes les fenêtres étaient bâchées dû aux travaux de la façade une odeur désagréable je les signaler à l'agence sinon le reste rien à dire

l'appartement est exactement comme dans l'annonce, tout était parfait et propre , cuisine équipée, lit confortable,sdb nickel , le plus c'est l'emplacement : gare RER a côté, commerce a proximité, aéroport a côté bref au top , je recommande vivement
