Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 35 m² cottage with sea view in Cancale, less than a kilometre from Port Mer beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 travellers, linen provided and private parking. Comprising 2 parts: On the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, sofa bed (sleeps 2), shower room, separate WC and a large sea-view terrace. Above, via the exterior, a sea-view bedroom with a double bed (160x200) that can be separated into 2 single beds, a shower room with shower and WC, a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is also a large sea-view terrace. The flat is divided into 2 buildings: Lower building : - 16 m² living room with TV and sofa bed - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room, - separate WC, Upper building accessed from the outside : - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), which can be separated into two single beds. - A shower room - A separate WC. For added convenience: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A terrace with a breathtaking view, a garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Cancale, in a very pleasant environment. A 5-minute drive will take you to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market in the market town of Cancale (on Sunday mornings). The port of La Houle, famous for its oysters, is less than 10 minutes away by car. Transport links : - You can park directly in the flat's private car park. - Nearest train station: 16 km St Malo or La Gouesnière Cancale 7 km - Nearest airport: Rennes 75 km OTHER REMARKS : - Located more than 1km from shops, - Bed linen and towels included, - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation, - laundry room shared with the residence, - The accommodation is divided into two buildings, - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the bins.
A supplement of €50 will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you. On site, you'll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

Le cadre est magnifique et la location offre tout ce dont on a besoin de façon pratique et judicieuse. Installée sur deux étages en passant par l'extérieur, elle convient très bien à des adultes.
