Information about the host
The new vacation apartment is located about 2.5 km outside the center of Kiefersfelden in an idyllic, rural and quiet location. The accommodation, in the home of a farm with mother cow husbandry, sheep and chickens, has its own access. Our guests have their own terrace with an idyllic panoramic view of the open countryside.

Environment description
Ideal starting point for hiking. Hechtsee, Gießenbachklamm, outdoor camp or a children's playground are all within a 15-minute walk. A country inn is located in the immediate vicinity.

terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 0 to 17 years, as well as persons staying in the municipality of Kiefersfelden for professional purposes are free of charge.

Description of the accommodation
Furnished in modern rustic style, there is a fully equipped kitchenette including refrigerator with freezer and hob and oven, and a cozy dining area with seating for up to six people. In the open plan living-dining area, you can take a seat on a comfortable corner sofa and let your eyes wander to the TV or out the window to the open countryside. The cozy family room with cottage character is equipped with wooden floor or ceiling and real wood furniture (among other things, double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and bunk bed 0.90 x 2.00 m, also suitable for adults). Additional sleeping accommodation (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m) is located in an open sleeping gallery (access via narrow wooden stairs). The compact, modern bathroom with floor and wall heating has, among other things, a floor-level shower and a hairdryer.
